Enjoy the rocky coast of Maine with lobster rolls on Town Landing pier. Watch the Lobster fishers work and buy fresh lobster right off the boat. With Portland Maine’s iconic Foodie city with artisan brewers and fun dining and night life just down the road. (6.6 miles) Our classic New England Cape home is the perfect place to meet family and cook and eat around the counter in our amateur chef’s kitchen. You could have a BBQ in the private yard adjacent to the Nature preserve, luxuriate in the hot tub, make smores at the firepit or crack some precooked lobster from Shaw's just on Rt. One. They will cook them up for you. Shop at LL Bean (9.5 miles), explore on the Casco Bay lines, Sail on a Tall ship, or meet a private boat at Town landing with Fogg Brothers to explore historic Casco Bay and the Rock-Bound Coast of Maine awaits you from Falmouth Foreside.

Our house is a classic New England Cape - with modifications.  A private entrance leads to an open concept kitchen and living room. The dining room is a solarium creating a sunny room surrounded by five large windows. The living room features leather couch, comfy chairs, large smart TV and wood stove (it can be cool even on summer evenings). The upstairs hallway opens to a large skylight room, 3 bedrooms (King, Queen and Extra Long twins that can be combined to a huge King-sized bed) and bathroom with washer / dryer. Two roll away beds fit under skylight. Each bedroom has an air conditioner. A second full bathroom is located on the first floor. The grassy backyard is surrounded by woods. It has a deck, hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit.

In addition to this rental home site there is a long-term rental in an adjacent apartment. It has it's own entrance and inside living spaces are NOT shared. You may occasionally hear the tenant as she moves around apartment. Her car is parked in driveway.

We live on our boat and travel during summer months. There is an owner's area located in the basement with a separate entrance. We use it when weather keeps us off the boat.   Inside spaces are NOT shared.

Quiet time is between 10:00pm and 7:00am
